Arkansas – Rural Health We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a rural health clinic in Arkansas. Will consider an Experienced Provider or New Graduate. 2 other providers on site. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p. No weekends and no call. Experienced and competent staff. Compensation will be $70-80k base with additional quarterly incentive bonus ($8-10k annually) plus a comprehensive benefit package including 21 days vacation and 1 wk paid CME and other standard benefits. Our team consists of surgeons who are fellowship trained in trauma and surgical critical care, and 6 mid-level providers with significant experience in trauma. We are seeking an additional PA-C/ARNP to join our team. Our Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) participate in all phases of care, to include initial resuscitation in the ED, operative first assist, care of inpatients, and follow-up in our outpatient clinic. In addition to trauma, we have a growing emergency/general surgery practice which affords an opportunity for more first assisting. This is a position which allows you to work to the limits of your abilities, and continually improve. In house call is required, but the schedule allows extended periods of time off, and averages about 45 hrs/wk.
