We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (ACNP or FNP) for a Hospitalist position in Ohio (suburban setting). Will consider an Experienced Provider or New Graduate. Other providers on site. Schedule will be M-F 8a – 5p. 1 in 4 daily call and 1 in 4 weekend coverage (weekdays off in return). Moderate patient volume. Salary will be $70-85k+ with a comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks vacation and 1 wk paid CME, malpractice, health insurance. Very generous relocation assistance and separate sign-on bonus. A flexible part time schedule will be put together for two or more candidates, but the equivalent of full time coverage is needed. Office hours include Tuesday-Saturday, with limited Saturday and evening coverage needed. Relaxing atmosphere, providing advanced treatments such as Botox, injectables, and laser procedures. Aesthetic trained NP preferred, but complete training provided where needed. Must have ability to work independently, as you will be in control of your treatment rooms. Looking for a self motivator and someone who takes initiative. Immediate availability is needed.
Responsibilities include: -conducting consultations with clients -performing all the non surgical aesthetic treatments including injectables -confidence in recommending products and services to achieve optimal results -maintaining appropriate follow up for existing and potential clients -maintaining accurate inventory logs -most importantly is having great people skills
Compensation Includes: $40/hour, $83,000/year for full time, plus incentives and bonuses. A $5,000 sign on bonus is being offered depending on level of training. Profit sharing can be part of the package.
