at C-sections required. Phone call Triage volume is very

Looking
to fill positions of PA and NP In our Emergency Department at Long
Island College Hospital, located in affluent area of Brooklyn Heights
in New York City. Long Island College Hospital is 150 years old Medical
institution providing multi disciplinary Primary and Tertiary health
care to the Community. Emergency Department sees about 55,000 pts
/year. The Hospital is likely to become part on SUNY DownState
System in near future.
PA will be working in adult ED
under direct supervision of attending and will have 12 hrs shifts. They
will be responsible for comprehensive care of patients like- History,
Exam, order and interpret tests along with providing diagnostic,
therapeutic and preventive health care including treating minor
injuries by suturing or splinting.
NP will be working in Fast
Track and will have shifts ranging 8-12 hrs. They work more
or less
independently but are not left on their own. Help is always available
from attending in adjoining Main ED.
Please be Board certified/
eligible. Candidates with experience will be preferred. Competitive

– Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant -
Alabama

are seeking an ACNP or PA for an Intensivist role primarily focusing on
the management of critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
(ICU). The PA or ACNP must have a strong Critical Care background and
evidence-based treatments for those conditions to result in optimal
outcomes and work in collaboration with the other members of the team.
While working in collaboration with the attending Physicians, the
Intensivist will enter orders, admit and discharge patients, write
notes in the electronic medical record, perform procedures (which will

be teaching during rounds as well as monthly lectures by the physician
staff. The shifts are 12-hour rotations from afternoon to late evening
