are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
for a rural health clinic in Tucson
Arizona. Will consider Experienced providers or new
graduates. Autonomous practice. Schedule will be
M-F, 9a – 5p. Anticipated patient volume will be 10-20 ppd.
Salary will be $80-100k +. Comprehensive benefit
package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance,
retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Possible
separate sign-on bonus. Additionally: This position offers guaranteed Federal
Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2
year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $50k. These are
non-taxable dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest

paid for 3!!! Arizona is a mixture of open range land,

Colorado – CNM/FNP
– Loan Repayment $$$ We
are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife/Family Nurse
Practitioner (CNM/FNP) for an FP/OB
position in Colorado. Will consider an experienced
provider or new graduate. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p and
as required for deliveries. Saturdays for ½ day once a
month. Position is about 25% CNM and 75% FP. Share call with OB
physician. Anticipated patient volume will be 150 deliveries/year
(combined). We are estimating your portion would be 30-40 per year.
Base salary will be $95 – 115K with an additional 10K+ in
incentives should put your salary in the $105

are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join
a well respected family practice clinic convenient to the Des Moines
area. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with no weekends or
call responsibilities. The provider would be functioning fairly
autonomously with on-site physician support once per week, but would be
available for back-up via telephone. The Provider would have an RN
assigned to her for support and the estimated patient volume would be
about 15 per day. The salary range is $72,000-$84,000 with full
Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, 4 weeks of PTO, CME and a CME
allowance. This location may qualify for Loan Repayment through the
