position in upstate New York. Will consider
experienced providers only. No new graduates. Other providers on site.
Schedule will be M – F, 3-12’s from 7a –
7p and 1-8 hour shift every other weekend. Census runs from 12 to 40.
You will be expected to work with minimal supervision. Salary will be $95
– 115k with a comprehensive benefit
package including 3 wk vacation, malpractice, health insurance (no
