Maine - Family Practice/ Urgent Care
We
are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for a
Urgent Care position in an remote coastal location in Maine.
Will
consider an experienced provider only. No new graduate. Autonomous
Practice. Schedule will be 8a – 5p, M-F (40 hr.
week). 2 wks on and 1
wk off!!!. Call will be 1 in 3 weekends. Anticipated patient volume
will be 15 – 20 ppd. This clinic is in a semi-remote
location. You will
need to be able to stabilize and ship trauma cases for the few times a
year they occur. Social services, physical therapy and dental services
also at clinic. X-ray. Salary will be $90-110k+ with a comprehensive
benefit package including 17 wks vacation!, malpractice, health
insurance (no cost to provider), retirement and paid CME. Relocation
assistance and separate sign-on bonus. Additionally: This position
offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA
score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is
$60k. These are non-taxable dollars so the real value (in taxable
dollars and interest saved) is $80k+. In essence you are working for 2
years and getting paid for 3!!! Maine is noted for its natural scenic

Opportunities for Family Nurse Practitioners
(FNP), Nurse Practitioners (NP) with dual certification in Adult and
Pediatric Health (ANP/PNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioners (ANP).
Will be responsible for providing advanced practice nursing care for
clients of various School of Nursing programs including its mobile
healthcare program, community health centers, family health clinics,
