We are seeking a
Physician
Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for an Orthopedic position (general
orthopedics and sports medicine) in West Virginia. Will consider
experienced providers only. No new graduates. Other providers on site.
This is a clinical position and will not include any surgical assist
(at least at the outset). Your primary physician is seeking a partner
who can handle the office visits so he can focus on surgery. Duties
will consist of initial visits, splinting and casting, follow-ups, etc.
Schedule will be M – F, 8a – 5p. No call and no weekends. Anticipated
patient volume will be 20 – 25 ppd. High autonomy. EMR. X-ray on site.
. Salary will be $85-110k+ with a comprehensive benefit package

central Minnesota. Will consider an experienced provider only. No new
graduates. Duties will consist of rotating between 4 different clinics

healthcare team Nurse Practitioners to cover evening and weekend hours.
Reporting to the
Medical Director,
the Nurse Practitioners will ensure that the standards of care for all
services are met in a consistent manner on a 24 hour basis.
Responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance for the
Nursing Supervisor and the respiratory therapy lead on weekends
and
off shifts; assessing all residents who have acute medical problems,
developing therapeutic plans, and writing orders for care when
necessary; being familiar with Care Plans; and making recommendations
to the Clinical Directors and Administrator regarding the care of
residents. The NP will facilitate communication with
families during
his/her tour and make decisions for transfers to acute care facilities.
The successful
candidate will have
served at least two years in a leadership role in Pediatrics and have a
minimum of one year of supervisory experience. New York State license
as PNP or FP is required and BLS. Experience in Intravenous medication
administration with ability to insert and maintain IV access for
pediatric patients. Desire to assume a leadership role and act as a
facilitator; assure all care standards are met on a 24 hour basis;
ability to create a positive Team environment and a demonstrated
commitment to the principles of our Mission will be essential.
