We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for
a Family Practice (RHC) in southern Iowa. Will consider an experienced
provider or new graduate. Other providers on site. Duties will also include
ER coverage. Schedule will be 3-12’s or 4-10’s. Occasional ER coverage
(1 in 7 or 8 Saturdays from 8-12). Anticipated patient volume will be 20
– 25/day. Compensation will be $65-85k with a comprehensive benefit package
including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, and 1 wk paid
CME. Relocation assistance and separate sign-on bonus. Additionally: This
position offers Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score
(requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $25k (1st
year), $25k (2nd year) – total of $50k. These are pretax dollars so the
real value (in taxable dollars and interest) is $65k+. In essence you are
