East Texas Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner interested in functioning as a Hospitalist for a well respected general acute care hospital in East Texas. The schedule would be working days (5X8s) and managing patients with physicians on-site. There may be some flexibility on the schedule depending on patient census and how effectively the provider can manage the patient population. The provider must have a strong critical care background and good procedural skills. The NP can expect a base salary that starts at 80K-85K with an incentive bonus that can easily reach the 100K range. You would be a hospital employee and have a full benefits package including medical, dental and 401K with a match. Three weeks vacation, 1 week paid CME with an allowance of $1,500. We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (new grads welcome) for an extended hours clinic in Northern Arkansas. The clinic hours are 4:00pm to 10:00pm Mon. through Thursday and on Friday in another RHC (which is close by and has a high geriatric population) 8:00am-5:00pm. Both Clinics are certified rural health clinics and qualify for loan repayment under the NHSC given their HPSA status. Base salary would be $75,000 to $85,000 with an incentive bonus based upon net collections. There would also be an additional differential of working the evening shift schedule as well. Three weeks vacation, 1 week paid CME with a CME allowance. Full benefits package including medical, dental and 401K.
