The schedule would be working days (5X8s) and managing patients with physicians
on-site. There may be some flexibility on the schedule depending
on patient census and how effectively the provider can manage the patient
population. The provider must have a strong critical care background
and good procedural skills. The NP can expect a base salary
that starts at 80K-85K with an incentive bonus that can easily reach the
100K range. You would be a hospital employee and have a full benefits
package including medical, dental and 401K with a match. Three weeks
vacation, 1 week paid CME with an allowance of $1,500. Also there
would be a $10,000 sign-on bonus and full relocation package for a one
