Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a Hospitalist Group in
Texas. The Provider must have a Texas license and be Nationally
Certified. The candidate must also have a strong Pulmonary Critical
Care Background with solid procedural skills. Previous experience as a
Hospitalist NP is strongly preferred. The NP would work as an
Independent contractor (1099) and the hourly rate would be $55-60+ per
hour (No Benefits) but malpractice covered at 1/3MM. The schedule would
be 7 on and 7 off day shift starting at 8:00am-5:00pm.. The NP would
work autonomously but the Hospitalist would be available via back-up

SURGICAL ASSIST
Busy general surgery
and Bariatrics practice seeking PA to assist on surgical
procedures in the OR. Other duties include, but not limited
to, patient hospital rounding, evaluating patients in the office pre-op
and post-op. Candidate must support and participate in team
approach to the delivery of patient care within the practice and in
accordance with the rules, regulations, and bylaws of the medical staff
of the affiliated hospitals.
Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited PA program and must have
current IL PA licensure and credentials. Some weekends and
holidays may be required. Travel between 3 hospitals, Alexian
Brothers, St. Alexius, and NW community hospital
