Part-time
(28 hour) opportunity for an APRN to work with the Adolescent Health
Service at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. The
Adolescent Health Service provides primary health care to teens and
young adults between the ages of 13 and 21 at Saint Francis Hospital
and Medical Center and for teens up to the age of 16 in two health
centers based in detention centers in Hartford.
A minimum of one
year experience in primary care or in an ambulatory services setting is
required. Preference will be given to candidates with
demonstrated training and experience in adolescent health care and
ability to work independently in a health care setting with support
staff where a physician may not be on site.
You must have a
current license as an APRN in Connecticut. This is a
part-time
(28 hour) day position with no call responsibilities and a competitive
salary and benefits package.

client, an Atlanta cardio thoracic surgical practice, is looking to
fill the role of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
The NP or
PA may be responsible for care of patients undergoing stress testing,
patient rounding, managing post-op cardiovascular and thoracic surgical
patients, pre-op consultations, discharge planning, and assisting in
the operating room.
Qualified NP candidates should have a
Master's Degree in Adult Medicine and/or a Bachelor's Degree in
