Prefer vascular or other surgical experience but will consider new grad with history of high performance and focus on surgery during clinical rotations. * Orthopaedic Surgery-OR and floor responsibilities. 3 shifts/week. Minimum one year inpatient ortho surgery experience required. * OB/GYN Surgery-Rotate in GYN and OB clinic, GYN surgery, L & D. 3 shifts/week. Hospital based OB/GYN surgery experience or OB/GYN residency required. * General Surgery-Seeking experienced surgical PA to cover general surgery or subspecialties (eg bariatric). OR and floor responsibilities. Will consider recent grads who have focused on surgical rotations and have history of high performance. * Inpatient Medicine-Manage care of medicine patients from admission to discharge. Receive exceptional training and supervision. Develop diagnostic and evidence based practice knowledge and skills. Work with highly complex medical profiles. Oldest and largest true PA driven inpatient medicine service in the country. 3 shifts/week. * Ambulatory PA position: Urgent care and clinic coverage for Montefiore Medical Group which are practices throughout the Bronx designed to afford access to primary care/family practice to underserved population. Midcareer PAs with strong ambulatory, urgent care, or emergency care experience desired. Flexible scheduling. * CT Surgery-Pre/post management of CT surgery patients. Opportunity to work with leading surgeons in cutting edge care. Both experienced PAs and recent grads with high performance will be considered. 4 shifts/week. * Transplant Services-Provide pre/post care on transplant unit including surgical and medical care. Training/supervision provided by world class MDs/surgeons and well experienced supervising PAs. Transplant includes pancreas, liver, kidney. 3 shifts/week.
