Absolute health is currently looking for a ARNP for work exclusively at assisted living facilities/independent living facilities. In this capacity you work as patient's primary care provider. We are one of the few practices which offer a variety of procedures in these facilities. Some of these include dermatology procedures, Abscess I and D, joint injections, trigger point injections, and Ingrown toenail removals. The idea is to decrease necessity for patients to leave the facility by providing full service medical care in the comfort of the their apartments. New graduates Welcome! If you are not familiar with these procedures we will teach them to you! If you are not interested in procedures, you will not be required to do them! You will be required to round independently as well as with a physician. This is a team approach to care where the priority is the patient.
NO NURSING HOME WORK, NO SKILLED NURSING FACILITY WORK. This is exclusively for ALF's and ILF's.
Compensation: This starts at 75,000/year full time with paid medical benefits such as 401K/CME also available and to be discussed at interview. Relocation reimbursement of $2000. Income potential is >$100,000 once production model is started and this will be discussed during the interview. Our physicians also own a urgent care facility and if desired, the option is there are for evening and weekend shifts to be picked up for additional income. This is extra and only if you desire extra income.

Position Objective:
We are looking for Full-Time ARNP (Monday through Friday) who is certified in psychiatric care to join the clinical team and help provide a level of care that incorporates a philosophy of supporting an individual's continuous recovery. This clinician works very closely with the clinical leadership as a member of the management team, provides consultation and direction to other clinical team members and plays an important role in the quality assurance and improvement procees. Ours is a mission in WA to help create recovery culture in all aspects of client care and the employee workplace.
Qualifications: -We prefer that you have 2+ years Nurse Practitioner experience performing in a mental health inpatient environment. -Licensure as an ARNP in the State of Washington with a certification in psychiatric care is required. -You must receive clearance from the Washington State Patrol Identification and Criminal History Section. -You must also have a current WA State driver's license, an insurable driving record, and your own transportation.

Essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: performing medical exams; diagnose and treatment of health problems; analyze and interpret medical histories; order and analyze tests and labs; prescription of medications as needed; documentation of care provided; and referral and follow up of patients to providers when necessary.
This position requires an individual that is confident and competent to make evidenced-based medical decisions and be able to work independently as well as a member of a team. Excellent oral and written communication is a must.
Current Florida ARNP or PA License; Must meet the State`s requirements as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant; Must be licensed to treat both adults and children. Community health center located in Eastern Washington is in need of another NP to join their multispecialty group of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obgyn, and FP with and without ob, dental, behavioral, detox and support services. They have 21 providers, which breaks down into 3 peds, 3Obgyns, 4 FP, 8 Mid Levels, and 3 contracted providers to assist with on call and in clinic needs. This area is going so fast. They do around 500 deliveries per year. EMR through NextGen and are in the process of implementing an incentive plan for our providers. CME benefits are provided in accordance to their policy of 7 days.
This health center has 3 locations within the tri-cities of WA, you only work at one location at the present time. The urgent care hours are from 8-8 (M-F) and are split between 2 mid-level providers doing 3 12-hour shifts per provider. They are a federally qualified community and migrant health center. They are a private, non-profit, tax deductible agency. They were incorporated in 1981. Loan reimbursement is available and they offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. They are located 4 hour to Seattle WA and 4 hour to Portland OR.
Affiliated with 3 hospitals. Currently they provide hospital call services for Pediatric and obgyn patients only. Adult patients are cared for by hospitalist. Call requirements in this specialties is one weekday per week and 1 weekend per month (1 back-up weekday per week and 1 back-up weekend per month for obgyn providers is also added). Opportunity for extra pay if extra call work is done is also available.
