The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant would work 12 hour shifts
12:00pm-12:00am 3 on/4 off 4 on/3 off.
Approximate patient volume in the ED would be 7,000. $55 per hour+ D.O.E.
($60 per hour within a year) and a full benefits package as well as 3 weeks

family practice clinic. Standard hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am 5:00pm Mon-Fri.
The provider will also work one half day Saturday per month. Estimated
clinic volume is 20 patients per day and there is a physician on-site during
clinic hours.
Salary from 70-75K D.O.E. plus an incentive bonus. Sign-on bonus of
