other providers on site. Anticipated patient volume will be 20/day. Schedule
will be M-F, 8a – 5p. No weekends, no call. Salary will be $75-95k plus
incentives (which should put this package over $100k for an
experienced provider) with a comprehensive benefit package including 3
wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, and 1 wk paid CME with relocation
assistance and sign-on bonus. This site also qualifies for State Loan
Repayment Assistance. Many trees and hills cover Central Minnesota.
