400-500 heart procedures and a wide variety of thoracic and vascular
cases. As a stand alone heart hospital we continue to be the only robotic
cardiac program in the Columbia Metro area. As a member of
our team you will have the opportunity to work independently and as a team
while gaining knowledge and experience in CTV surgery. Duties are
split between the Operating Room and hospital rounds.
OR duties include 1st assist on all cases,
robotic training, vein harvest (endoscopic & open), radial artery harvest
(open & endoscopic), wound closure, etc... Hospital duties
include morning rounds on the floor and intensive care units. Patient
case load involves pre & post-op management and discharge planning.
Duties also include pre-op H&P and ER admissions. PA´s
with OR experience are preferred, however, will consider new graduates

provider practice. Must have 1 – 2 years previous practice experience.
Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p with 24 hr call. Anticipated patient volume
will be 10 – 15 ppd. X-ray and Lab on site. Salary will be $85-100k with a comprehensive benefit package including 5 wks PTO, malpractice,
