would include (80% clinical and 20% administrative work) The PA or NP would
assess patients, order / interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment
plan and evaluate care and collaborate with physicians and other providers
/ specialists when needed. The provider would oversee the pharmacy
and CLIA waived Labs, prepare staff schedules, act as the CHA Program Supervisor
and on-site trainer and act as a liaison with the local tribal government.
Base salary starting at $96,000-$103,000+ (D.O.E) with a $5,000
Sign-On Bonus and full relocation package! This position has excellent
benefits and qualifies under the NHSC for Federal and State Loan Repayment.
