New York – Family Practice
We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family
Nurse Practitioner for a Family Practice (outpatient clinic) in northern
New York. Will consider an experienced provider or new graduate. Other
providers on site. Position consists of working in an outpatient clinic
(most of the time) and also a hospital based clinic. The outpatient clinic
hours are 7 :30 – 3:30 and the hospital based clinic hour are 9a – 9p.
You may be able to work exclusively in the inpatient clinic with 12 hour
shifts. Clinic days are M-Sun. Weekends will likely be 1 in 4. Anticipated

Emergency Medicine
Upstate NY PA or NP
Single hospital physician-owned group of one MD and four PAs has an
immediate opening for full time PA or NP with minimum of three years emergency
medicine experience. The 35 bed hospital is located in a rural upstate
New York college town, four hours from NYC, 45 minutes from Syracuse.
Annual volume 11k. Twelve hour shifts, 8-8. Single coverage.
Available position is primarily days. Must be comfortable practicing
autonomously. Hospital has most basic specialties, ICU, 24 hour CT
and ultrasound, PACS digital radiography system, daytime hospitalist coverage.
Progressive, responsive medical staff.
Base salary is $85k for 36 hours per week. Group pays malpractice,
health, life and disability insurance, employer-funded 401k, license, AAPA/SEMPA
dues, DEA fees, etc. Three weeks vacation, one week and $2000 for
CME. Signing bonus/relocation expenses negotiable.

living or transitioning into a nursing home or Long Term Care facility.
Our Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant providers conduct comprehensive

You will be managing staff, responsible for clinical issues, as well
as day to day patient responsibilities in assigned nursing homes
and group homes in Eugene and surrounding areas.
To qualify you must have an active PA or NP Oregon license and a min.
of 3+ yrs. of experience in a management or supervisory role in a clinical
facility. A passion for caring for the elderly is a must and a Geriatric
certification and/or experience is highly preferred.
