Health Clinic in East, Texas. The Provider would work in a small rural
community seeing a diverse patient mix ranging from pediatrics to
geriatrics and managing both a acute and chronic injuries and
illnesses. The Provider would see an average patient volume of 20-25
patients per day in an autonomous setting. The Medical Director is at
the clinic once per week for collaborative support and discuss any
patient concerns. He is available via back-up call as well during
clinic hours. The Provider would have a very good stable support staff,
EMR and Practice Manager to enhance the ability to deliver quality
patient care. The Provider can anticipate a base salary of
$95,000-$100,000+ incentives, Depending Upon Experience with a
comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with
Match, 4 weeks of vacation, CME Allowance, Paid CME and Signing Bonus
and relocation package! This location is a rurally underserved area so
the location may qualify for loan repayment, but that is a separate
application with the National Health Service Corps and there are no

Practitioner interested in working in mixture of outpatient / inpatient
clinic setting with a great collaborating C/A Psychiatrist. The
Provider would work 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri with the possibility of
working 4X10 hour shifts The PMHNP would have excellent collaborative
support and mentorship and see a number of patients based on
complexity, but they would never see more than 4 patients per
hour.
The initial evaluations run about 1 hour with follow-ups are about 30
minutes. The Provider would also rotate though an Addiction
Medicine
Clinic as well. The compensation would be $90,000-$100,000+
depending
upon experience, with a $10,000 Signing bonus and full relocation
package of up to $5,000 with paid receipts, quarterly bonuses and a
comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
with Match, Malpractice Insurance and all dues, fees and licensure paid
for as well. This location qualifies for Loan Repayment through
the

Practitioner to join a well-respected FQHC in New Hampshire. The clinic
hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with an estimated patient volume of
approximately 20 per day in the clinic. The Provider should have some
experience with EMR (the client currently uses GE Centricity) and the

Family Nurse Practitioner to work in a family practice clinic setting
with an emphasis on women's health and wellness. This clinic is
affiliated with a general acute care hospital in the Portland area.
Standard clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (with an option of
working 4X10 hour shifts). The estimated patient volume would be 25 per
day and there is a physician on-site during clinic hours for
collaboration / consults. The Provider would see a diverse population
with an emphasis in Women's Health (i.e. pap smears, well woman exams,

injuries. The base salary range is $115,000-$120,000-depending upon

work directly with an Orthopaedic Surgeon. Procedures performed
include: shoulder and knee arthroscopic surgery, fusions, total knee
replacement (gender specific knee replacement), fracture care and
athletic injury. The new PA/NP would eventually run an
Orthopaedic
Clinic. The PA/NP will work both in the OR and the Clinic.
Responsibilities
include:
H&P’s, patient evaluation and education, refers for diagnostic
treatment, first assist, review lab results, cortisone injections,
treat basic fractures, hospital rounds, casting and splinting within a
clinic setting. Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified
and
able to work well in a fast-paced environment. There is a call of
