We are seeking an additional Family Nurse Practitioner for a Family
Practice clinic in Salem, Oregon. Will consider an Experienced Provider
or New Graduate. Other providers on site. Anticipated patient
volume is 18/day to start. Schedule will be M-F, 8:30a-5:30p.
Compensation will be $70 - $85k base and $1250 - 1700 in monthly incentive
bonus (equals $85-105k+ total compensation) with a comprehensive benefit
package including 3 wks vacation, malpractice/medical/dental insurance,
and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and possible sign-on bonus.

Watertown Regional Medical Center is excited to offer a new service
to the Watertown Community in our Fast Care Clinic. We are in need of a
full time Clinic Nurse Practitioner / Advance Practice Nurse Prescriber
to provide care to patients and serve as an expert in the role of practitioner,
consultant, educator, and health professional. The APNP will work both
autonomously and in collaboration with the medical staff and supervising
physician, maintain a quality, customer-focused, nursing and medically
appropriate approach to patient assessment, care plan development and implementation,
follow-up to outcomes, and cost-effective delivery of services.
QUALIFICATIONS: BSN, with completion of a Master’s Degree in an accredited
Acute Care, Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Program is required. Minimum
of 4 years of professional nursing experience, one as a Nurse Practitioner
preferred. Current Wisconsin NP licensure, National Certification as a
Nurse Practitioner, Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber
(APNP) by the state Board of Nursing; a number assigned by the Drug Enforcement
Agency (DEA), BLS / ACLS.
