NURSE PRACTITIONER / PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PA-C) needed for a

aims at providing a long-term solution to chronic pain. A successful treatment
plan must be based on a precise and accurate diagnosis and also be tailored

Assistant will function as an independent practitioner evaluating patients,
