Will consider an experienced provider only. Schedule will be M-F, 8a –
5p. Surgery on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call schedule to be determined.
Salary will be a base of $85-100k plus RVU based incentives of $10-20k+
for a total of $120k+ Comprehensive benefit package with 3
wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, retirement and 1 wk paid CME.
